We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Legal Secretary to expand and assist our busy Conveyancing Team at 40 High Street, Dumbarton, G82 1LL, and would welcome your application!
Your main role will be to provide secretarial support within the residential conveyancing department, and will include:
- Audio typing and digital dictation;
- Opening legal files, for example for Purchases & Sales, Remortgaging, Transfers of Title, Discharges of Standard Security, and obtaining identification for money laundering purposes;
- Providing Secretarial and administrative support;
- Preparation of deeds for signing, letters to clients, missives, land registration forms;
- Handling client queries, including by email, letters, meetings to sign conveyancing deeds, money laundering identification checks, and telephone calls;
- Managing diaries and making appointments; and
- Providing support to other team members and departments where required.
